As our dentists are specialized in a variety of fields, they are able to complement each other's work, enabling the practice to provide a "one-stop service" for a whole range of dental health needs. Since 1997, Solydent's own dental laboratory has been providing patients with highly attractive dental appliances made of the highest quality materials.
Assistants
A quality assurance system (complying with Standard MSZ EN ISO 9001-2000) was introduced in 2000 and has been in continuous operation ever since. It goes without saying that Solydent's practitioners are insured against medical professional liability. We are also proud to have been accredited since 1994 by The Semmelweis University of Medical Science as a training surgery.
Open five days a week between 7 am and 9 pm, Solydent's surgery houses a total of eight dentists, including three interns.
For patients from outside the Győr area, or in cases which require major dental work, accommodation at a reduced cost is available in the immediate vicinity of the surgery at Hotel Kálvária.
Quality services, guarantee
Our clinic provides a minimum 3 year guarantee on medical treatment and restoration work. If you have any problems that you believe are covered by guarantee, please contact our customer service staff to arrange a visit.
Extent of guarantee
In case of a failure of the laboratory works our clinic covers all necessary dental and laboratory costs to rectify the problem. In case of small adjustments and repairs, a dentist will see you in our surgery. In the unlikely case that you require more extensive work, Solydent will carry out the remedial work in our dental laboratory with a short deadline.
Solydent is not liable for any unforeseen root canal treatment after having tooth/teeth prepared for crown & bridgework. Occasionally, teeth suffer preparation trauma during crown and bridgework treatment resulting in a need for a root canal treatment afterwards.
Guarantee will be (reduced or) invalidated
If the patient fails to visit the dentist of Solydent for a routine supervision at least once a year.
If patient neglects oral hygiene.
If the dentists’ instructions are not followed (eg. the patient does not wear the total prothesis during the night).
If the patient undergoes treatment on the dental or laboratory work provided by the dentist of Solydent at another clinic.
If removable restoration such as partial dentures or full dentures are not kept and maintained properly.
If the gum tissue or teeth bone is naturally reducing.
If the patient is a smoker.
If the patient loses or gains a substantial amount of weight during a short period of time.
In case of accidental damage, for example dropping dentures.
Is there a general illness occurring that has negative effects on the dental condition (for example diabetes, epilepsy, and ostheoporosis, condition after x-rays or chemotherapy).
If the patient does not notify Solydent prior to exercising their guarantee.
Exercise of guarantees
Before exercising any guarantee the patient has to consult with Solydent.
The guarantee services can be completed only after evaluation of the situation.
The above mentioned conditions and guarantee conditions are valid only for the clients of Solydent.
